Shipping Area

At this time, we ship within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

PO Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address at checkout.

Processing Time

Please allow up to 5 business days for handling and processing before your order ships.

Many orders may ship sooner. Vintage, fragile, oversized, or specialty items may require additional care in packaging.

Shipping Carrier

Please note that the seller will ship UPS or USPS at the seller’s discretion.

The carrier and shipping service will be selected based on the item, destination, package size, weight, value, and the method we believe is most appropriate for safe delivery.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available once your order has shipped.

Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after a shipping label has been created.

Delivery Times

Delivery times provided by UPS or USPS are estimates only. Belcaro Heirlooms cannot guarantee a specific delivery date once a package has been accepted by the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly.

Please keep the item, shipping box, packing materials, and shipping label, and take clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging. This information may be required for a shipping claim.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist with available carrier tracking or claim procedures.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, delivery concerns may also need to be addressed directly with UPS or USPS.
