Vintage Napco August Angel birthday figurine, dated 1956 and marked Napco / Made in Japan on the bottom. This sweet mid-century porcelain angel holds a green watermelon-style fruit in one hand and a gold-tone suitcase in the other, with raised floral accents at the base and “August Angel” written across the front.
Measures approximately 4.5 inches tall.
Condition: As-is vintage condition. There is visible damage/repair to the wing area and wear/damage to the gold halo. The base shows age-related wear/discoloration, and the original Napco Made in Japan foil label is still present on the bottom. Displays nicely from the front despite condition issues.
